Main ingredient: potatoes
Ingredients: Zhenxuan pot sauce, green onion, ginger, garlic, carrot, coriander
Steps:
● Slice potatoes with a knife. Grasp starch and water well. Discard the upper liquid and leave the bottom wet starch for sizing
● The pot of oil is 60% hot. The potato chips are deep-fried until golden and set. The oil temperature is raised and refried
● Keep the bottom oil in the pot, stir-fry chives, ginger, carrot, and select pot juice
● Put the fried potato slices into the pan, stir fry for 3 times, cover with the juice, sprinkle the coriander out of the pan
