Main ingredient: pork belly
Accessories: Selected Taiwanese gravy, ginger, onion
Steps:
● Cut the pork belly into small cubes
● Heat up a wok, stir-fry the pork belly until golden, add chopped ginger and dice onion until fragrant.
● Add a selection of Taiwanese gravy, water, dried mushroom, medium and small fire cooked, collect the juice
