Tofu in pot
Main ingredient: tofu
Accessories: Jen choose pot bag juice, garlic, egg liquid
Production steps:
● Old tofu (Beancurd) cut into thick slices
● Water with salt, old tofu blanch to remove bean smell
● Remove from the pot, cover with starch and egg mixture and deep-fry until golden and crisp
● Heat oil from a wok and fry minced garlic
● Pour the sauce into Zhenxuan pot and stir-fry the tofu for three times
