Stuffed meat in beans
Ingredients: bean puffs, minced meat
Accessories: Selected braised sauce, green onion, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch
Production steps:
● To prepare the mince, add minced spring onion, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and starch, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes
● Poke a hole in the bean bubble. You can also cut a hole with scissors and insert the meat into the bean bubble
● Heat the oil from the pan. Fry the meat side down until golden brown. Fry on all sides
