Brined duck leg
Main ingredient: duck legs
Ingredients: beef in Zhenxuan sauce, green onion, ginger, cooking wine, dried chili.
● Clean the duck legs, soak them in water for half an hour, blanch the scallions, ginger and cooking wine in cold water, and wash them after cooling for 10 minutes
● From another pot, add blanched duck legs, beef seasoning, scallion, ginger, chili and water
● Bring to a boil on medium heat and simmer for half an hour, then soak for 1 hour to taste.
